    these are great for summer, not sure if you are supposed to wear them in a pool or hot tub, but i have a few times and havent had any issues.

    The 5 inch inseam on this is the perfect length for summer shorts. I pair these with button up shirts all the time. They are comfortable and I've worn them in the pool a few times with no issues even without a lining.
